I am Josh, Sequential Art Major. I'm a sophomore at the Savannah College of Art and Design, aiming for a Bachelor's in SA. I've been drawing since I was 5, drawing passionately since I was 12, and learning how to draw since last September. I considered myself self-taught up until I took some legit drawing classes at SCAD. FINALLY.

Post-First Year Notes to Self

Okay, so I've got some good works here (not on my DA) after my first year at SCAD. But they could be better. For one, I need to re-scan and digitally edit a few things. On a side note, having my own photoshop would be mighty handy. A font system would be great too. It'd be nice to not have to make a journey to a computer lab to make comics. (This is a disadvantage of living in O-House) On another side note, if anyone reading this knows any good deals on these programs, please let me know. Please?
So, battle plan for the summer. Draw some more. Learn how to draw eyes. Make more interesting character designs. Practice putting stuff in perspective. Read all my comic books. Find cool reference material. Pine after computer programs. Make money.

Here I go.
